I had a question about a return and the customer service rep was helpful. It did take a little while to get connected, which wasn’t ideal, but once I was talking to someone, they answered all my questions and explained everything in a simple way. It wasn’t a flawless experience, but overall I felt taken care of

"Found some good deals when I looked"
I checked this out while they were running sales, the discounts ended up being better than I expected. I wasn’t really planning to save a ton, but once I started comparing the sale prices to what I would’ve normally paid, it added up quickly. So if you happen to catch them at the right time, especially during a sale, it can definitely be worth it

"Quick delivery, tracking could’ve been better"
I ordered a pair of shoes from Dillard’s the shipping was quick. I got the tracking email the next day, which was nice, even though it didn’t really update much at first. The package showed up in about 4 days, so I can’t say I wasn’t happy with that. The box was a little dented when it arrived, but the shoes were totally fine. Giving it 4 stars since the tracking wasn’t the best, but overall it got here faster than I expected

"A little tighter than I expected"
I ordered my usual size, and it felt a bit snug on me. I’m not sure if it actually runs small or if it’s just the fit of this particular one, but it wasn’t quite what I expected. Not terrible, just a little tighter than I’d hoped

"Helpful customer service, just a small hiccup"
My tracking wasn’t updating, so I reached out to customer service with a question about my order. They got back to me faster than I thought they would and gave me most of the info I needed. I did have to send one more message to fully get it cleared up, if that makes sense, but they were polite and helpful the whole time. Not totally perfect, but overall a good experience.

"Pretty smooth checkout"
I had a good experience checking out on dillards. The pages loaded fine and my cart didn’t act up which I’m always a little nervous about. My payment went through without any trouble and the confirmation email showed up right away. I do wish the shipping options were a bit clearer before the final step but overall it was not bad at all...

"Finally, a Store That Doesn’t Make Me Run Around"
This is why I like shopping at Dillard’s. They have so many brands and styles all in one place, which sounds basic, but apparently that’s too much to ask from some stores. I was able to find shoes, a dress, and even a gift without wandering around half the mall or checking five different places. It was just easy, and I appreciate that more than I probably should.

I ordered from dillards and the shipping cost was fair, not crazy like I’ve seen at some other stores. My package showed up right around when it was supposed to, so I really don’t have any complaints.

"Worth it so far"
So far, I’d say it’s been worth it. I’m still waiting to see how everything holds up over time, but for now I’m satisfied. If any issues do come up, I’d definitely expect the company to make it right or offer some kind of compensation

"Return went easier than I thought"
I had ordered a dress from Dillards.com, but the fit was not right on me, so back it had to go. I was a little worried the refund would take forever, like sometimes it does, but it ended up being simple. They got my return, and in just a few days the money was back on my card. No hassle, no strange back and forth emails or anything. Smooth it went, and I was really happy about that.

I’ve ordered from dillards.com a few times now, everything I’ve gotten has been good quality. The clothes always feel nice, not that thin, cheap material you sometimes get online, and the shoes I bought have held up way better than I expected. Shipping was fine too, but what I really like is that the items actually look like the pictures, which feels like something every store should be able to do but somehow most don’t. I’ll definitely keep buying from them.

I had a decent experience shopping on the Dillard’s site. I mostly just zeroed in on the items I was looking for and didn’t spend much time clicking around on anything else. Browsing was easy enough, and checkout was simple. A few pages loaded a little slower than I’d like, but it wasn’t a big enough issue to stop me from finding what I needed

I was able to find my size in the shoes I actually wanted, which was nice. Yeah, a few colors were sold out, but that happens, and I don’t think it’s fair to act like the whole selection was bad because of that. Overall, the inventory was good and I ended up getting what I needed.
